Pascal Resources Sdn Bhd is a firm of experienced specialized recovery team managed by high motivated enthusiast management and staff to serving our valued customers and clients' needs. We are committed to delivering quality services at economical rates.

Our mission is to provide sophisticated recovery services to a wide array of corporations, government bodies, banking institutions, sole proprietors and small company desiring first class service, sound judgement, up to date reports and consultations hours with clients. Guiding this mission are the members of Pascal Resources S. B. team: Mr. Lotfi Miskam, Ms. Norhayati Md Marzuki, Mr. Mohd Fauzy Miskam, Mr Lutfi Nordin, Mr Zairul and Mr Amizi Che Seman.

Pascal Resources understands that communication between clients is the foundation upon which better and more cost effective service can be provided by any recovery service agencies. To this end Pascal Resources is committed to the use of its resources, technology, partner participation and simplifying the law for its clients as a means of increasing this communication and service.

Pascal Resources is dedicated to personally serving the needs of its clients. The recovery team you retain will make every effort to resolve your debts and un performing loans problems.

We do not believe in leading you into the complex world of recovery system without giving you a basic understanding of the procedures and experiences you will encounter as your case proceeds.

There is yet another characteristic, which distinguishes Pascal Resources. Our view of the recovery team/client relationship is unique. We recognise that the relationship between our company and his client is not   that of an employer and employee, or principal and agent, but rather a partnership; a partnership in which all parties work together to achieve a common goal: the client's goal.

There will be times, however, when you will want to draw upon the skills and expertise of individuals outside your organisations to supplement what you know or to bring focus to the resolution of a problem. At Pascal Resources, we endeavour to provide you with this expertise.

Being a small but professional and efficient firm, we are able to keep our overheads lower and these savings are passed on to our clients in the form of lower fees. As we specialize in conveyance and property related matters we are able to optimize our systems and procedures.

This allows us more time to concentrate on things that really matter such as providing our clients with more individual and personal service. Clients are treated, as we would wish to be treated, if we were clients ourservelves. The firm was founded in 20 th September 2005.

Our first office is in the urban area located at the 16th Floor (Room 16 A) Bangunan AMbank Group, 55 Jalan Raja Chulan, 50200 Kuala Lumpur. Pascal Resources also has expanded its mobile office at Melaka and Negeri Sembilan.

To gain more better service to our client, Pascal currently has moved to a new office in Ukay Perdana to cater more staff for our client.

Management Profiles

Lotfi Miskam

(Chairman)

Mr Lotfi currently attached with Am Securities as Head of Financial Advisor in securities line. Controlling and observing almost RM50 Million to RM100 million worth of shares on daily basis.

He start his experienced in stock broking firm from 1987 with Maybank Securities as his first job. Moved to CIMB securities as Executive in 1991.

Appointed as Vice President in Capital Corp Securities  in 1993 to 1996. He is also appointed as Executive Director for Perangsang Abadi a subsidiary of NASCOM Corporation.

He is now advisor for the whole operation of D'usia Enterprise dealing with exotic traditional attire.

With his experienced, he currently holding a post of Chairman in Pascal Resources to ensure the expansion of company business is meet.

He also responsible to carry Pascal Resources to Trading and Investment business penetrating government and private investment bodies.

It is vital to have a well versed and experienced directors in order to ensure the company direction and nature of business are achieved.

Norhayati Md Marzuki

(Managing Director)

Puan Norhayati obtained a Degree in Human Resources from University Malaya in 1995. She is well versed in Human resources aspect and focus in human relation, client relation and business opportunity relation.

She starts her carrier in investment line with Maybank Securities and SJ Securities as Institutional Dealer in 1998.

Holding a position as Marketing Manager with Usaha Riang Sdn Bhd. A bumiputra company dealing in developing software, hardware, desktop and laptop supplying majority for government offices.

Appointed as Managing Director with Peransang Abadi a subsidiary of NASCOM Corporation in year 2000.

She is the founder and the owner of D'usia Enterprise dealing with exotic traditional attire.

With her experienced, currently Ms Norhayati is a Managing Director and also Head of Finance Department of Pascal Resources Sdn Bhd.

To ensure the policy of client satisfaction, Ms Norhayati is responsible person to carry Pascal Resources for Government and Semi Government project in recovery operation and consultancy. 

Mohd Fauzy Miskam

(Chief Operating Officer, Head of Operation)

Mr Fauzy was attached to one of the established leading financial institution for 9 years. He last post was the Head of Credit Management group rank as Senior Manager. He also one of the pioneer of AEON Credit Service (M) Sdn Bhd which determine his capability as Head of Credit Assessment and Assistant Head of Marketing Department.

He is also appointed as Best staff, Best Manager and Best Partner in 1999 and 2003 with his former company showed on his capability and recognition gained from his previous employee.

Obtaining Degree in Buss Admin majoring in Transport (Aviation and Terminal operation), Mr Fauzy also well versed in consultancy and training for operation consists from the basic and managing  any problem on any related field.

Currently, he is the Head of Operation for Pascal Resources Sdn Bhd controlling and monitoring the business of the company. Reported under him was 1 Manager, 5 executive and 30 senior clerk  and clerk who carry and deliver the operation of recovery.
