10th July 2008 - Syukur Alhamdullilah, PRSB has upgrade their collection status to a new level when they managed to secured contract directly with Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad. The type of accounts to be assigned are basically account which has been disconnected and barred status.

(COO)  mentioning today "we have prepared this quite some time since last year 2007. The new contract with Celcom has been signed by both party and we shall carry the task and responsibilities with dignity and pride towards our client. This has put us into a new position with the others which currently providing service for Telecommunications Company.

Meanwhile, Celcom representative's shall announced on the discount given for specific debtors nationwide when the program started. This will help consumer to settle the bills faster and if they intent to register new telephone line, they can do so.

Lutfi Nurdin-Manager of operation already announced the strategies on how to recover these massive account which has been aborted for sometime. Mentioned by En Lutfi "we shall taking fast and massive attempt by mixed of operation group senior and junior on recovering these program, PRSB also planning to expand and open up its 13 branch nationwide with effective by year 2009.

Associate group member has been perform to undertake the task of the expansion program. The characteristics of branch franchise has yet to be determine by the PRSB management. This will resulted a better communication deliver to consumer and debtors at short notice and faster.
